Hi I'm Emma!
I run Bumblebee Beatz classes in South Tyneside, Gateshead and Chester-le-Street.
I am a Mam to two amazing boys – Thomas and Harry! We have loved attending Bumblebee Beatz classes since 2019 when my eldest started out as a Baby Bee. We then progressed to Family Bees where both boys could enjoy classes together. The fantastic action songs and sensory elements to each class have supported the development of both their speech and social skills. We have all benefited from being able to spend quality time together as a family in the sessions.
I have six years experience as a primary school teacher so I understand the importance music plays in a child’s development socially, emotionally and academically. The use of music can positively impact a child’s reading and counting ability through the use of rhythm and rhyme.
As a family (Dad included) we have thoroughly enjoyed attending classes and making lasting memories together. I have developed a passion for children’s music that has grown through Bumblebee Beatz, and I can’t wait to inspire your children and help them to progress and develop to their fullest potential through musical fun and laughter!

What We Provide

With baby groups suitable for 8 weeks to toddlers, and toddler groups up to 4 years old, there’s something for every preschool child.

My baby groups are suitable for children from 8 weeks old up to toddling age. They engage, excite and soothe your little one.
family bees
For older children, my Family Bees toddler groups are upbeat and energetic – they’ll really bring out your child’s personality and develop their love of music and dance. Your smaller ones are welcome to join in those sessions too; I want everyone to feel included.
